Laureen Reimer, Doctor of AudiologyLaureen Reimer

Dr. Laureen Reimer is a Louisville native and has been practicing in this city for 8 years.  It is her pleasure to help patients regain their hearing.  Something special happens when people begin to hear better.  They regain confidence, smile more, and begin to socialize and participate more fully in communications with colleagues, friends, and family.  There is nothing more fulfilling to her than hearing the words, "I can hear so much better" from her patients on a daily basis.

Dr. Reimer attended the University of Louisville for her undergraduate and graduate work. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and earned a Doctorate degree in Audiology in 2007.  She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).  Her primary areas of interest are in adult hearing assessment and hearing aids, as well as tinnitus (ringing in the ear) assessment, counseling and treatment.  Prior specialities include assessment, treatment and therapy for inner ear vertigo.

Dr. Reimer is a compassionate, friendly and caring provider who loves getting to know her patients and hearing their "stories."  She lives in Louisville with her husband and two daughters.  She loves exercise, travel, cooking, and being a mother.  She considers herself fortunate to have the rewarding career of hearing specialist.
